		<description><![CDATA[Romania are cea mai proasta legislatie din lume (Ordinul Ministrului Sanatatii Publice nr. 1193/29.09.2006) privind marimea maxima a parametrului densitatea de putere a campului electromagnetic generat de antenele GSM, acest parametru este dat de formula f/200, unde f este  frecventa pe care se furnizeaza serviciul de telefonie mobila, in acest caz acest parametru i-a valori cuprinse in intervalul 4,5 W/m2-9 W/m2, fata de alte tari cum ar fi Rusia unde  marimea maxima admisa pentru acest parametru  este de 0,05 W/m2, in Australia de 0,5 W/m2, iar in Italia de 1 W/m2 .

În SUA s-au făcut măsuratori ale intensităţii câmpurilor electrice şi magnetice
(Mantiply, 1997) la distanţe între 1 şi 100 m. faţă de pilonii pe care erau montate
antene şi care funcţionau la puteri de emisie între 1 şi 59 kilowatti şi frecvenţe
între 500 kHz şi 1,6 MHz. Măsurătorile au arătat că la distanţa de 1-2 m de turn,
câmpul electric este între 95 – 720 V/m, iar câmpul magnetic între 0,1 – 9,3 A/m.
La distanţa de 100 de metri de turn, valorile sunt mult mai mici, pentru câmp
electric 20 mV/m şi pentru câmp magnetic 76 mA/m. Valorile limită pentru
expunerea populaţiei la frecvenţa de 500 kHz sunt 87 V/m pentru câmpul electric
şi 1,46 A/m pentru câmpul magnetic, iar pentru frecvenţa de 1,6 MHz valorile
limită sunt 68,7 V/m şi 0,45 A/m. Expunerea cea mai mare o are personalul care
lucrează efectiv la întreţinerea instalaţiei.
Într-un studiu realizat în 2000 (Mann, UK) la 17 locaţii de staţii de bază, valorile
densităţii de putere au fost între10 W/m2 şi 1 m W/m2 cu un maxim la 8,3 W/m2
Limita maximă considerată inofensivă pentru om e de 10 microwati/cm2 (10
mW/cm2).
Valoarea 10 mW/cm2 este considerată inofensivă atât în SUA, cât şi în statele
europene încă din anul 1966. Cu toate acestea, în 1973, la un simpozion în
